When pasting text that ends with a line break, the trailing spacing now appears immediately and no longer changes after saving.

Fixed two email rendering bugs in Outlook: the button background no longer "slides" into the corner when the module has a background image, and the extra double bottom padding on a module with a background image has been removed.

When you select a Divider element, its toolbar now appears next to the element itself instead of shifting relative to the column.

In the Divider module, the line color no longer resets when you change its thickness.

Adding a link to text now triggers autosave, just like other changes. Also fixed clearing of the input field on click.

Pagination no longer disappears on pages that contain only folders. Opening a folder from the second page now works reliably, without an unexpected jump back to the main screen.

In multi-step forms, the active step is now saved in the page URL: refreshing the page or following the link opens the same step. You can click through already completed steps in the navigator.

Form statistics now account not only for submitted responses but also for form views without submission. The completion rate reflects actual conversion.

On a published form, access restriction screens (the form is closed on schedule or the response limit is reached) are now shown before submission, not after. The password prompt takes priority over other restrictions.

On a published form, the File Upload field button no longer looks like a default system button — it's now styled consistently with the rest of the form.

Removed a white shadow that was covering the placeholder text in the Success Message field.

Fixed a discrepancy between how the form looked in preview and in its published state.

You can once again type a value manually into the font size field — a whole number from 1 to 400 px.

A new case-conversion button: lowercase, UPPERCASE, Sentence case, and iNVERT CASE.

The onboarding block is now collapsed by default and shows only the next step; the full list expands on click.

Undo/redo in the presentation editor now work from the keyboard, just like in the email editor.

When you drag a block, alignment guides appear to help you line it up with other blocks and the center of the slide.

Clicking a slide in the panel scrolls to it, and you can move between slides with Page Up/Page Down and the arrow keys.

You can now apply a gradient not only to the slide background but also to individual elements — shapes, text blocks, and table cells.

When a text block is selected as an element, styles (font, size, color) apply to the entire text without having to select it with the cursor.

A new section for creating and editing recipient groups directly in your account, with synchronization.

Create, verify, and delete senders on a dedicated page — no need to switch to the Sendsay dashboard.

Campaign statistics now update in the background and no longer freeze the interface during long requests.

The confirmation email now includes a code (OTP): you can enter it in the form instead of following the link.

A logged-out user who selects a plan is now taken to the sign-up form instead of the login form.

Paying by card now generates a saved payment link (visible in the history with its status) instead of forcing an immediate redirect.

The top-up window now has a promo code field — entering a code credits a bonus amount to your balance.

Choosing a paid plan now follows a smoother flow: a hint about the top-up amount, payment method selection via tiles, and creating a company along the way. The upgrade and top-up modals have been redesigned.

You can now create a company without specifying a bank account; the button for adding a company is more prominent.

Plan cards and the calculator now indicate that prices are shown excluding VAT.

Undo (Ctrl+Z) no longer rolls back several actions at once, no longer resets the email background, and no longer reorders modules.

As you type, the text stretches the block to the edge of the slide and only then wraps to a new line — just like in Figma/Google Slides.

The order of added slides no longer changes after reloading the page.

A slide restored via undo keeps all its content after reloading the page; autosave works as expected.

Switching between browser tabs while a popup is open no longer kicks you out to the file manager.

A scheduled campaign can once again be edited and rescheduled without errors.

Following the link from the confirmation email no longer produces an error — registration now completes without a hitch.

We've launched an alpha version of the presentation editor right inside Letteros: build slides with familiar drag-and-drop, add text, shapes, images, and tables, draw freehand, and export your presentation to various formats. This is an early version — we're actively improving it. Ready-made templates and AI-powered slide generation are coming soon, and both the editor and export quality will keep improving with every update. During the alpha, the presentation editor is free for everyone — give it a try and let us know what to improve.

The slide canvas is now in standard Full HD — 1920×1080 (16:9). This is the familiar presentation format: a ready-made layout carries over without manually recalculating sizes, and slides look tidy on any screen.

Build slides from core elements: formatted text, shapes, images, and video. Text is styled just like in a familiar text editor — with styles, alignment, lists, and links.

Added drawing directly on the slide. The Pencil draws freehand lines, while the Pen creates neat, smooth curves you can later adjust point by point. Lines are customizable — thickness, color, dashes, arrowheads. And if you close a line into a contour, it becomes a shape you can fill with color.

A new Table module: choose the number of rows and columns you need, fill in headers and cells with formatted text, and add or remove rows and columns — all directly on the slide.

You can save a finished presentation as PDF or PNG, or export it to HTML or PPTX for PowerPoint. There's also a utility export to ZIP (slide structure and images) — handy for making a backup or moving a presentation to another account. HTML and PPTX export are still in alpha — complex layouts may show minor discrepancies, and we're continuing to improve their accuracy.

Presentations live in the same file manager as emails. You can create and import them, rename them, organize them into folders, and send them to the archive or trash — just like with emails.

A presentation's card in the file manager shows a preview of the first slide in landscape format, so you can recognize the presentation in the list at a glance.

Project settings now have a "Publish web version by default" toggle. When enabled, the web version is published automatically for every new email in the project — no need to turn it on manually in each email.

The email editor again correctly saves links wrapped around images. Previously, such a link could be lost when saving the email — now it stays in place.

When you edit an image in the built-in editor — adjusting brightness, rounding corners, removing the background — and save it, the email is now saved automatically as well. Previously, such edits could be accidentally lost by closing the tab.

Added the ability to send a campaign to your list in batches instead of all at once, similar to Sendsay. Batch size and sending mode are configured when launching the campaign.

Fixed discrepancies between campaign statistics and Sendsay data, and improved how data freshness is displayed in analytics.

Some additional campaign settings weren't being applied on send: extra data, attached images, and the selected list or segment for an express list. These settings now pass through correctly, and the "additional data" block supports multiple fields.

The "Limit audience" field in the campaign form didn't validate input — non-numeric values, excessively large numbers, and percentages over 100 caused errors on launch. The field now accepts only valid values.

Previously, the campaign scheduler let you pick a past date or time, which caused the launch to fail with an error. Now past times can't be selected, and launching with an invalid date is blocked with a clear message.

Clicking "Schedule" again on an already scheduled campaign (after reloading the page or logging in again) caused an error. Rescheduling is now handled correctly.

Saving the campaign creation form again without reloading the page used to update the previously created campaign (and reuse its send date) instead of creating a new one. Fixed.

Copying a folder didn't actually create it, yet a success notification with incorrect text was shown. Folders now copy correctly, and an appropriate message is shown if an error occurs.

On Sender pages, the projectId parameter in the page URL wasn't working (for example, when following a direct link to a project). Fixed.

Applying bold (Ctrl/Cmd+B) or italic (Ctrl/Cmd+I) via keyboard shortcuts didn't trigger autosave — the styles were lost after reloading the page. Fixed.

Resetting the "Heading" style to "Regular text" wasn't visually applied — the style switcher kept showing the previous selection until the page was reloaded. Fixed.

Reopening the structure settings used to reset the column widths back to their defaults. Column widths are now preserved.

The spacing between elements set in a column wasn't applied to newly added or copied elements — you had to set the value manually again. Fixed.

After deleting elements from a column, spacing around the remaining element persisted and couldn't be removed. Spacing is now removed along with the element, and the spacing field is disabled for a single remaining element.

After saving an edited image (brightness, rounded corners, background removal, etc.), the email wasn't saved automatically — changes could be lost when leaving the page. Fixed.

Clicking the module drag handle caused the tooltip to get stuck on screen. Fixed.

The number of columns in the folder and file grid now adjusts automatically to the screen width: on large monitors cards no longer stretch excessively, and on small screens they stay readable.

When loading product cards by link, the layout inside a cell with background-image no longer disappears if one of the target tags has an empty src.

In a newly created email, media queries from the template now apply the first time the resizer is switched to the mobile view — no page reload required.

Removed a redundant autosave that fired when returning from email settings and when leaving version history in a new email — timestamps in the history now display correctly.

When editing the URL of an existing link, its text color no longer resets to the toolbar's “Link color” setting. Only the URL changes.

Sender now has a button to send a test copy of the email to your own address (up to 5 addresses at once). The email goes through the same sender flow as a live campaign — with the correct sender, subject, and preheader. Handy for a final check before launch.

The billing sidebar, under “Payment and documents,” now has a “Company details” item. The page shows a card with the company's full details (INN, KPP, OGRN, bank, checking account, correspondent account, addresses, contacts) and “Edit” and “Delete” buttons. If no company has been added yet, an empty state with an “Add company” button is shown.

A public REST API for sending single transactional emails through Sender: template id + templating variables + an optional subject and preheader override. Authentication is via ApiToken. Useful for integrations that need event-triggered emails (registration confirmation, password reset, purchase receipt, etc.).

In the invoice top-up popup, the three fields (INN, BIC, checking account) are now combined into a single window instead of a three-step, one-field-at-a-time sequence. The “Company settings” section has been removed from the file manager — all company details management now lives in one place, in the new billing section.

In the email editor, previews for individual modules weren't loading for some templates. The cause was that the backend parser stumbled on markup with the letteros-element-row attribute, so some modules weren't parsed correctly. Fixed — previews now build for all modules.

For the “old price” element, the strikethrough displayed correctly in the editor, but in the exported email the line ran above the text instead of through it, and its color also differed from what was shown in the editor. Fixed — the export now matches the editor exactly.

When copying an email from another account (via sharing), the copied version opened without modules — empty, even though the web version displayed correctly. Now the email is copied along with all its content.

If a user was removed from all projects and then signed in again and created a new project, the new project ended up with 3 identical holiday emails and 3 identical templates. Now the starter set is added only once.

Previously, exporting a folder in the “Templates” and “Media” sections, as well as copying an image, returned a 500 error. These operations now work correctly.

Attempting to create a new folder failed with a console error. Folder creation works again.

When adding a link to text like [unsubscribe], the editor automatically prepended “https://” to the variable. Square brackets [...] have now been added to the exclusion list (along with {}, {{}}, [%%]).

Updated the design of the login and sign-up pages. Sign-in via Yandex, VK, and more is coming soon.

Most of the company information is now pulled in automatically from the INN and BIC. All that's left is to fill in the checking account, verify the data, and enter the mailing address.

Disabled automatic punctuation correction for setting off introductory words with commas — the typograph couldn't always tell where a comma belonged. Also disabled the automatic space before an opening parenthesis, which matters, for example, with constructs like "он/она ответил(а)".

Improved the resilience of the autosave mechanism so the process no longer stops after internet connection interruptions.

The image in the "image" element now scales to fit the element's size.

When a background image is set with positioning in percentages or pixels, the second background-size parameter now defaults to "auto".

Added explicit pixel units wherever VML uses width or height in buttons. Missing units could cause incorrect rendering in some versions of Outlook.

The new Sender section of the platform is entering beta testing. A set of new features lets you create and launch campaigns to your contact base, manage created campaigns, and track their statistics. To join the beta, contact Letteros support.

The export popup in the editor now has a new option for creating a campaign based on the email you're editing. The campaign will inherit the key data — layout and content settings. All that's left is to set the campaign's own parameters (segment, send time, etc.) and you're ready to launch.

Campaigns are managed in a new section of the familiar file manager, using the same established patterns: subsections, folders, an object management toolbar, and so on.

For now, uploading a contact base is only available via API. You can get the instructions and an API key from support.

Sending statistics are available for sent campaigns. The page currently shows key information on deliverability, clicks, and campaign settings. The analytics page will be expanded with additional infographics in the near future.

Contact base segmentation, sender setup, domain configuration, and other parameters are currently configured on the campaign delivery provider's side. We're continuing to work on implementing these features within Letteros.

We added a "History" section to the file manager. It shows a retrospective of key actions performed on entities: creation, editing, renaming, moving, and more. This makes it possible to track recent activity in the project.

Added a notification at the top of the screen that appears during major maintenance work or to warn about it in advance.

Fixed GPA bugs and simplified the interface. You can no longer choose the "banner" or "carousel" entity type — it's now determined automatically based on the number of product cards added. If none are added, a generated deal annotation without product cards is used (DiscountOffer in Google's terminology); if one is added, it's a banner (a single PromotionCard); two or more, a carousel (multiple PromotionCards).

Added version history support to emails in the code editor.

Moved the background color setting for an element (e.g., a button) to the toolbar when that specific element is selected. Previously, changing an element's color required selecting the whole module and setting the color for one of the available elements in the toolbar.

Fixed spacing behavior when working with columns and improved column responsiveness on mobile. Also improved alignment settings.

Added a loader when opening the image editor to hide the old image until the new one has loaded.

Fixed errors that prevented saving an email, caused by GPA and by setting the background image size in percent.

Fixed a bug where, in full-width emails, the mobile preview couldn't be turned off.

Redesigned the image editing tool. Along with an overall interface improvement, we added new features: generating GIFs in the same window and selecting an image from the list of previously uploaded ones.

Added the ability to translate emails into different languages. You can start a translation from the file manager page (using the button on the email card, or the bulk translation button when up to 10 emails are selected), or from the email editor. The email will be duplicated, and all its text content will be translated shortly after.

You can now create a new email in the module editor without adding a template to your account. A corresponding button has appeared in the file manager. In such an email, you can use the structure editor and universal ready-made modules. Saving modules to a template also works here, and these modules will be available in all "templateless" emails.

Improved the responsiveness of adding a new module to the canvas.

Disabled the link editing menu from appearing when the link had previously been disabled in the element's settings.

Removed the automatic redirect to the editor after upload, since the system needs some time to upload the images from the archive to the remote server. The email becomes available to open once that's done.

We rethought and completely rebuilt the structure editor. What is the structure editor? It's an editing mechanism that lets you assemble blocks for our drag-and-drop editor using a column structure and basic elements. Any email can be represented as a table: a set of rows, each split into a number of columns. In this model, our block modules are the rows. In the structure editor, you can choose the number of columns and fill them with the elements you need: text, images, buttons, and more. You can then configure spacing, styles, background colors or images, and other display settings. This toolset lets you build any block. The feature will keep evolving, so we're looking forward to your feedback!

Redesigned the side menu. It now sits at a small distance from the block and has rounded corners.

When you hover over an empty block, popular elements — image, text, button — now appear alongside the plus icon.

Added breadcrumbs below the module. They show which nesting level you're currently on.

Removed the automatic addition of the position: relative style in the editor.

Fixed a bug where the plan expiration banner had a minor effect on how tools were displayed.

Having analyzed version history usage, we updated the behavior rules for this feature. A new version should now be created if at least one of these conditions is met:

1. There is no version yet for this email.
2. The author changed: the current user ID does not match the author ID of the last version.
3. Time has passed: the author is the same, but more than 5 minutes have passed since the last version was created.
4. A potential version conflict (previously a popup was shown).

A new limit on the number of versions — 30.

Fixed a bug that made text uneditable and caused links to open unexpectedly in the editor.

Removed the position: relative style, as it caused incorrect rendering in the corporate email client NCL Notes.

Moved the checkbox to disable autosave to the project configuration section (bottom of the page)

You can now upload your own set of fonts, and it will be available in the editor. Uploads are handled through a support request for now. Once we've gathered feedback and tested the feature on a larger set of fonts, we'll add a UI for uploading fonts yourself.

Following frequent complaints about autosave, especially over unstable connections, we've decided to bring back the save button. Autosave is still enabled by default, but you can now turn it off in the project settings.

Fixed a bug in how styles were handled in span and td elements that caused media queries to malfunction.

Made improvements to resizers in modules. Fixed a bug where resizers displayed incorrectly in some migrated emails.

Fixed a bug that reset text styles when pasting module code through the HTML editor.

Before the first export of an email, a screen with all settings is now shown, not just the main export flags.

Added handling for cases where autosave failed due to a weak connection. Also improved the exit flow so you can't leave an email without saving it.

Fixed a critical bug that broke undo and redo and autosave while editing text.

Handled the case of an email with a very large number of links. Previously, the check would time out and stop working when there were dozens of links.

The email's state is now regularly saved as version snapshots. For example, if you need to roll back to an hour ago, that's now possible.

Renamed the setting on the projects page that disables automatic alt text generation. The logic of this setting has been inverted.

Editing links is now much more convenient. The link editing tool is now available right next to the link itself, not only in the toolbar. General UI/UX improvements have also been made.

The email settings have been reworked. There's no more empty, unused space in them.

The editor's top panel has been substantially reworked. The overall layout logic for the tools stayed the same, but the three bars (header, toolbar, theme and preheader) are now combined into one bar, with theme and preheader as expandable sections. Export has also moved to a separate button on the right side of the header.

Moved the dark theme toggle down, next to the mobile/desktop resizer. Added a tool for previewing how the email looks with images disabled.

Removed the manual save button. Autosave now runs after every change. An autosave icon has been added at the top of the editor. If you need to undo unwanted saves, version history is there to help.

Added action buttons for creating objects in the file manager's workspace and made several tweaks to the search and filtering area.

Fixed the display of warnings about excessive email and image size on the test page.

Text blocks in the markup can now use the white-text class and similar ones, which tell email clients not to invert the text color in dark mode.

Fixed several minor issues in migrated emails: product parsing, dynamic conditions, and more.

Adjusted how search by name works within folders: the page no longer reloads while you type.

Fixed the layout of the notice about an expiring plan in the editor. It used to overlap part of the header.

Fixed a bug that could cause glitches when switching very quickly between sections and folders in the file manager.

Improved the font tool. Now, if a child text element doesn't specify font-family, the tool shows the font name from the parent element instead. This fixed a bug where text was rendered in one font while the toolbar showed the default Arial.

Fixed the logic so unnecessary autosaves no longer happen.
