FAQ
How Letteros works, what it costs and how to check an email before sending.
Getting started
No. The editor works like an ordinary text editor — you change text, images, and links without any technical knowledge. If you need to edit a module’s code or import ready-made markup, that option is available too.
Registration takes a few minutes. To get started, pick a ready-made template from the library for your industry and start assembling emails right away. If you need a master template matching your brand style, the Letteros team builds it for you.
A master template is a design system for email. A library of ready-made blocks matching your brand style: banners, product cards, content blocks, and more. Any campaign for any type of communication is assembled from them. The Letteros team builds the master template for your brand — after that, your team works independently.
Yes. A ready-made HTML template can be imported into Letteros. The Letteros team can also adapt your existing template for the platform.
Features
Yes. HR teams use Letteros for onboarding new employees, corporate digests, surveys, and greetings. The interface is simple — no technical knowledge required. Emails render correctly in Outlook, which is used by most corporate companies.
Yes. Testing mode lets you check how the email looks in real email clients, including different versions of Outlook. For extra protection, any block can be turned into an image, so the layout is guaranteed to stay intact even in old versions of Outlook.
The recommended email size is up to 100 KB. Letteros highlights heavy images and code, so you can see where the email is overloaded and fix it before sending.
Sending and integrations
Yes, if Sender is connected. Create the email in the editor and send the campaign without leaving the platform. If you use another mailing platform, the email exports in the format you need or is passed directly through an integration.
The finished email exports as ZIP, HTML, EML, PNG, PDF, or copies as code. If your mailing platform is already connected, the email is passed directly through the integration. On request, we integrate with any mailing platform.
Yes. For companies with data security requirements, the platform can be installed on your own servers. Learn more during a demo.
Bulk email campaigns are sent through dedicated SDP or ESP services. You can use the Letteros builder together with any of them. Build branded email layouts in Letteros and send them from whichever platform works best for you.
Variables inside modules can be added manually. Follow our Telegram channel t.me/letteros to be the first to hear about new features.
Integrations are available with mailing services such as Sendsay and Mailganer. We can also set up a custom integration on request.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Just pay the difference.
Tokens are Letteros's internal currency. 1 token = 1 ₽. Creating any item — an email, presentation, banner, or form — costs 10 tokens. Tokens included in your plan can be spent on any available feature: if the base allowance isn't enough, use your remaining balance or buy more tokens in your account.
Tokens included in your plan are the cost of using it — they don't carry over to the next month. If you want to produce more content than your plan covers, buy extra tokens: they're valid for 6 months, and you can use the remaining balance toward your plan.
Checking emails
Switch the editor preview between desktop and mobile to see how columns, images and buttons rearrange. To see the email the way a recipient will, send yourself a test or open testing mode, which shows the email in real mail clients on desktop and mobile.
Open testing mode before sending. Letteros shows how the email looks in popular mail clients, including different versions of Outlook. If a block breaks in an old Outlook, turn it into an image and the layout stays intact. Finish with a test send to your own inboxes.
An email can have several links, but it should have one main action. When everything is highlighted equally, readers get lost and click nothing. Decide what the reader should do and make it a button. Keep the other links as text in a paragraph or move them to the footer.
